    Dig Pink Event

    The Ridge DECA students created organized, themed, decorated and sold sponsorship for the Dig PINK event on Tuesday, October 18th. The students invited breast cancer survivors to the event to be celebrated and reached out for donations for the gift bags that were presented to the honorees.

    Fashion Club

    The FIDM Fashion Club students volunteered at the Phoenix Fashion Week events on Thursday. They worked in the morning and stayed for the Fashion Show. They learned about careers in the fashion industry from Executive director Brian Hill. They also got to interact with fashion designers, jewelry designers, the hotel director and event planners during the day

    College and Career Night

    Thursday, October 27. Information tables will be available to visit from 6-8 pm. There will also be a 30 minute FAFSA presentation offered at 6 and again at 6:30.

    Ms. Dunn from Honor Healthcare and Ms. Allread from the DVUSD school district PR office were on site to present to the DECA students a project called “Battle of the Belts”. After the presentation, the women shared information about their careers to help students with career awareness and options

    MRHS Students at the HEAT Forum

    Eli Lopez and Jared Reploge were panelists for the HEAT Forum held at Marriott Desert Ridge. Our students voiced their opinions on education and the Brain Drain in Arizona. Healthcare, Energy, Aerospace and Technology industry updates were presented at this business forum. Our students received many compliments for their answers on the panel.

  • Parent Teacher Conferences Thursday, October 27

    If you have concerns regarding your student's progress in one or more classes, please contact the appropriate teacher to schedule a conference on Thursday, October 27 from 12:30-4:30 or 5:30-7:00 PM. Please check Powerschool for your student's current grades. If you are unable to attend during conference time, please contact your student's individual teachers to set up an appointment for a different time.

    Anthony Bates Foundation

    The Anthony Bates Foundation (ABF) believes that no parent should suffer the heartbreak of losing a child to an undiagnosed cardiac malady; we seek to eliminate preventable Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). Please click the link for an upcoming screening at our school.
