REGISTER MY ATHLETE
Before an athlete can participate, they must have all the paperwork completed online. We will be using the Register My Athlete (Aktivate) website to submit all physicals and paperwork. Please follow the link below. No paperwork will be accepted as a printed version. All paperwork must be submitted online or the athlete will not be allowed to participate.
