Let me start by stating that I am excited about joining the Special Areas team here at Norterra Canyon. This year I will have the privilege of working with fifth through eighth grade students. 

I have 16 years of experience working in the field of public education, and over 30 years of working with students. During this time, I taught second through eighth grade students, as well as at the collegiate level for the University of Phoenix. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education from Arizona State University.

I have been married for 30 years, I have three grown children, and four grandchildren.  I am extremely proud of my family.  Some of my favorite activities are playing golf, reading, and traveling.  However, my favorite thing to do is spending time with family and close friends.
