    Dear West Wing Parents,

We have much to be grateful for this school year, even though the school year did not end the way that we had hoped. It is important for all of us to concentrate our efforts on staying positive and being grateful. Our West Wing students create an environment that is like no other. West Wing School is a special place that embraces a positive atmosphere.
With this being said, ending the year without physically saying goodbye is difficult. All of us would very much like to say goodbye to each of you. When we return in August, we will have our celebration. A time to give out yearbooks and get signatures from our friends. This will be a special celebration for all.
Our yearbooks will be available in August. Each teacher will have a yearbook waiting for each child on Open House Night, for those who have purchased them. Teachers will take some time in the Fall to provide yearbook signing with your child’s grade level. West Wing School will be painted over the Summer and I was afraid that the teachers would not have enough time to teach until the last day and get all of their classrooms packed up. Fortunately, we did not make plans for a yearbook pick up because we were informed that ONLY the yearbooks for the 8th grade students will be available. Thankfully, we are currently making plans to have a yearbook signing with the previous grade level, when we return from Summer break.
Along with your child’s yearbooks, we will give you everything out of your child’s desk. Thank you for your continued support of West Wing School.
I hope you have a safe and relaxing Summer. Enjoy one another and enjoy your family time.

    Educationally Yours,
    Dr. Price-Barry
