Hello!  My name is Heather Duran.  I have been teaching for twenty eight years!  How time flies!  I love teaching sixth grade and look forward to working with all of you and your children this year.  I graduated from ASU with my Bachelor's Degree, and received my Master's Degree from NAU.

 

I have been married for 22 years, and have three kids of my own.  Shane is in his fourth year of college at NAU, Jenny will be starting NAU this Fall, and Michael will be going into 7th grade here at Stetson Hills. 

 

I love teaching and working with kids, and look forward to getting to know each and every student this year! It will be a great year!
