• Baby Polar Bear N & L consequences Bear on back
The behavior management program that we will implement within our classroom involves the use of bears.  Each child will have a  bear identified only by their class number.  If the behavior warrants, the bear may have to turn. The consequence given will depend on the behavior  displayed. It will be a logical consequence.

I believe that consequences should be logical and as such give students the best chance to make that connection between an action and a consequence, whether it be positive or negative.
