My name is Jenniffer Frugone, Jenniffer, I know two F’s…. that is different, but I don’t mind being different. 

I have a BA degree in Elementary Education from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, NJ. I also have my Masters in Special Education from the University of Phoenix. In addition to my degrees, I also have my SEI endorsement and am currently working on my Master of Education in Educational Administration at Grand Canyon University. 

I moved here to Arizona with my husband from New Jersey in 2005 and have lived in Anthem the entire time. I am a proud mommy of 3 beautiful and energetic children and 5 quirky dogs. My two oldest attended Canyon Springs from kindergarten to eighth grade, and my youngest is going into 4th grade. It is easy to say that Anthem and Canyon Springs is more than just a school to our family, it is like a second home.

I am going into my 23rd year of teaching, I have worked in DVUSD for 19 years and going on year 9 here at Canyon Springs. I have spent the last 19 years going back and forth from the general education classroom to the special education classroom. 

In my spare time, when not being a cheer, rugby, football, track, dance, softball mom, I enjoy spending time watching movies and.

I absolutely love my job. Is it easy? No. But I really do love my job. I’m such a passionate person, and I feel like I need to be an advocate for all of my students. My favorite part of my job is my students. MY goal is for all my students to become successful people outside of school and to be the best that they could be!
