Arizona law requires that children be up-to-date on their immunizations to attend school. The requirements change yearly based on the age of your student. The school nurse monitors and evaluates your immunization record. Letters will be mailed home if the school nurse finds your child is missing any immunizations.
Students who are 11 years old are now required to have a Tdap(tetanus, diphtheria, attenuated pertussis) and meningococcal vaccine.
