    1.  Access posted TEDTalks Analysis slide show and TEDTalks Analysis Form (hard copies of the form are also in the back ENG 101 tray) in Canvas - WAC module.  While viewing the two speakers (YouTube links are embedded in slide show), fill in the four quadrants of the form.  Show Mrs. Bondi your completed form for points upon your return (you need to have bullet points for both speakers - 1/Adora Svitak & 2/Tim Urban - in each of the four categories).  +10

    1.  WAC Class Averages are on side board.  Classification Essays & Reflections are in PowerSchool; Classification Class Averages = Per. 1 – 91.2%     Per. 2 – 93.6% Notes:  Scores on top of hard copy are in order of Rio Rubric (Content/Organization/Language/Grammar & Mechanics).  See comments on essay (in cursive – ask me if you can’t read my writing). Super proud!!   Effective lead-ins that established credibility, use of power verbs, effective tone throughout, & show don’t tell/sophisticated diction! TS = Topic sentence – CS = concluding sentence.  Remember - show don’t tell (provide vivid images of the type/snappy title).  Good job overall with quoting/paraphrasing. Must point to the FIRST aspect on your WC pg. (either author or title in quotes). Based on Reflections it was a positive, enjoyable, collaborative venture - especially when you had different writing styles (you were actually bragging about your peers-LOVE)!
