    • Help new students set up iPad
    • Troubleshoot iPad issues approved by IS&T for Student Tech TAs to address
    • Teach ins and outs of iPad use
    • Search for appropriate iPad apps for teachers at their request
    • Teach how to use a particular iPad app
    • Set laptop carts up to run updates
    • Return laptops to carts on Mondays after updates run over the weekend
    • Disinfect computer keyboards and mice
    • Troubleshoot laptop battery & adapter issues
    • Replacing keyboards and mice
    • Repairing keyboards with moved letters and numbers
    • Help with typical LCD connection issues
    • Clean and calibrate Apperson scanners
    • Maintain cabling in computer labs
    • Troubleshoot basic computer issues
