To obtain access to the Arizona State Capitol’s Request to Speak system, please email Christie@expectmorearizona.org or firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you would like to use for this account. Include your first and last name in the body of the email. Your account will then be created for you at a kiosk located in the lobby of the House of Representatives or Senate buildings. You will be sent a confirmation email with your new password. Once your account is active, you can log in online to weigh in on bills throughout the legislative session. You do not actually have to speak, but you must have an account in order to register your support or opposition.
