A little about me...

This is my 10th year teaching here at Mountain Ridge. This year, I have priviledge of teaching Advanced Dance, Dance Ensemble, and Performance Dance in the morning and then going to spend time with my precious kids, Micah (7 years old), Lilliana (5 years old), Josiah (3 year old) and Eden (1 year). 

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Education. I am married to a wonderful man who teaches US History here at Mountain Ridge.

Dancing has been my passion since high school. I participated in the dance program at my high school, where I fell in love with everything that went along with it. My dance teacher had an amazing impact on my life. Not only did she teach me about the technical side of dance but the emotional side of it as well and what it means to truly love dancing. My goal now, is to do the same thing on a daily basis for each person that comes into my class. I am so excited for what this year brings and to share my passion with my students!
