4th, 5th, and 6th graders have been studying about Ancient Egypt.  During the week of  November 9, we used 4 Picture Story Frames to sequence events before she became the first female pharaoh of Egypt, when she ruled and created the Golden Age of Egypt, her death, and events following her death that led to questions about why she was almost erased from Egyptian history.  We continue to study Ancient Egypt during the remainder of November.  We are covering syntax surgery and verb tense studies on topics such as: Kush, cartouches, the afterlife, and the Nile River.

Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grades are studying animal life cycles of  turtles, frogs, chicken, and plants.
