Welcome to Canyon Springs...where family is everything!  I am happily married and will celebrate my 29th anniversary to my husband, Robert, in December.  Throughout our married lives we have adopted 10 uniquely diverse children who currently range in ages between 13-28.  We are active members of the community and at any time you may see us walking around the Anthem Outlets with our little fur babies or swimming at the Anthem Community Center! We have made Anthem our home since 2010. We don't have to brave the cold in Iowa anymore!!!

I graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and went on to obtain my Master's Degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities.  I have always embraced my calling as a special education teacher and truly enjoy the challenges that come my way.  Supporting children with a vast variety of needs has been and will always be my lifelong passion!

In my free time, I enjoy attending Desert View Bible Church, napping and shopping, and drinking a rich hot cup of coffee!
