• 2017-18 Fourth Grade Anthem School Supply List

    Thanks for helping us get the year off to a running start! Below is the list of supplies we will be using throughout the year. Please bring all supplies on Meet the Teacher Night or on the first day of school. All items, except those to be labeled with names (see below), will be used as community supplies within the classroom.
    Personal Supplies
    Please label the following with your child’s name and indicated subject:
    Three two-pocket folders with 3 prongs  Red – ELA (English Language Arts)  Green - Science  Blue - Social Studies
    Two Composition notebooks  Red – ELA ISN (Interactive Student Notebook)  Green – Science
    One package of markers
    One hand-held pencil sharpener, labeled with your child’s name
    1 – 1” Binder for Math, labeled with your child’s name
    One pair of scissors, labeled with your child’s name
    One pencil box for holding supplies, labeled with your child’s name
    One backpack with outside pocket for water bottle, labeled with your child’s name
    Water Bottle, labeled with name
    Novels: (Please wait to read them until we are together in class!)
         Love That Dog by Sharon Creech (available from Scholastic.com, Amazon, Barnes & Noble)
         The Hope Chest by Karen Schwabach (available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble)
    Classroom Supplies
    Two packages wide-ruled notebook paper
    Four rolls Scotch-type tape
    Three dozen pencils, sharpened (preferably Ticonderoga wooden, no mechanical pencils)
    One package of highlighters, multi-color pack
    Minimum of four whiteboard (dry erase) markers
    Two boxes tissues Disinfecting wipes
    Gallon size zip-lock type bags (last name A-L)
    One package plastic page protectors (last name M-Z)
