My Philosophy on Student Behavior
I believe that ALL students can behave appropriately in the classroom, at recess, and during all school-related activities. I will not condone behavior choices that prevent me from teaching, nor will I allow anyone to prevent other students from learning.
I develop classroom rules through a collaborative process with students. They are referred to in the classroom as our Community Agreement and are based on the character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
