I am proudly a 3rd generation Arizona native.  I graduated from Deer Valley High School and went on to receive my Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.  After working in the business world for several years, I pursued my post-Baccalaureate in elementary education. I am a certified elementary and Middle School Math teacher and this will be my 10th year teaching and my 1st year at Arrowhead! 

I have been married for 22 years and have one daughter who attends college at the University of Oregon.   When I'm not doing schoolwork, I enjoy spending time with our pets (2 cats and 2 new puppies!), cooking, yoga, gardening, hiking, camping, and spectator professional sports.  My favorite things to do include traveling, eating and drinking coffee!
