OC MINDFULNESS ROOM
The Sandra Day O'Connor Library offers a Zen room
for students and staff who wish to practice mindfulness during the school day.
Mindfulness Room Etiquette
The Mindfulness Room is for silent mindfulness practice & reflection.
Users must be respectful of others with whom this calm space is shared.
- Users must sign in and out
- Room users must be seated, 1 per cushion/chair.
- Sleeping is NOT allowed.
- Phones must be silent. They may be used only to listen to mindfulness guides or meditation music.
- If you need help, books and infographics about mindfulness are available on the bookshelf.
Please, no food or drink--not even water!
Room use is limited to a maximum of three students.
Users will be supervised.
