Mr. Axelrod
This will be my 24th year here at Desert Sky Middle School. During this time I taught Math and Computer Applications. I now teach a class called Career Action Lab and Computer Science. I am a product of the Deer Valley Unified School District. I attended Mirage Elementary, Desert Sky Junior High, and Deer Valley High School. I received both my bachelors and master’s degrees from Arizona State University.
I am also our school's Webmaster, Exploratory Dept. Leader, and the district's 7-8 Athletic Director. I enjoy working with kids in the classroom and in the athletic forum, helping them to achieve their goals. I feel it is very important for middle school students to participate in many different school activities.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys.
