    NEW  Early Learning Center

    (for 2 year olds)

    Registration Now Open!

Quality is one of the most important factors to consider in choosing an early learning setting.  What does quality look like?  Routines are essential to the growth and development of children, especially in this age group.  Therefore, it is vital to create a strong framework for learning that combines consistent routines to ensure a child feels secure, hands-on experiences which stimulate a child's natural curiosity, and a language-rich environment that is filled with warm, loving, and meaningful interactions.  This is key to building the foundation for children’s future success in school and in life.  Our 2 year-old program does just that.  The Community Education team of early childhood professionals demonstrate responsive care and intentional teaching throughout the day by providing positive, consistent relationships that gives your child the individual attention they need, enabling your child to develop secure attachment with the important people in their lives and gain confidence in themselves as learners.  (Our 2 year old program will include loving encouragement/support to use the toilet and/or diapering.)

All students must be 2 years old by August 31st in order to enroll.  A student turning 2 between the first day of school and August 31st may enroll and attend upon reaching the second birthday.

Full program details are available in our Early Learning Center Parent Handbook available here.

Registration for the Preschool and Prekindergarten general education program is an online process.  Certain documentation must be on file with Community Education before a registration contract is approved, and we urge you to submit this in advance.

Prior to registration, please provide a copy of your child's current immunizations and birth certificate and reference "Two's Preschool" in your subject line.

    • Fax to 623-376-3918
    • Mail or drop off to Community Education, Copper Creek School, 7071 W. Hillcrest Boulevard, Glendale, AZ 85310

    Be Prepared In Advance

Create your Family Profile now to make the registration process quicker.

    • Visit Eleyo, our online registration system, and create your family account which will include the registration contract owner/payer (usually parent or guardian) as well as the attending student(s)
    • If you already have an Eleyo account for Before & After Care, Summer Camp, or Enrichment classes, you just need to add your incoming preschooler(s) to your account
    • NOTE that this is not a registration.  Registration will tentatively open online on March 27, 2019, at 5:00 a.m.  Creating your family account now will help to expedite the registration process by having your account already established in the system; you will be asked for some of the same information during the application process as part of the Emergency Information form required by the AZ Department of Health Services (DHS)
    • Submit each student's required documentation now
    • Current immunizations record
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • If applicable, copy of court issued custody papers.  This is only required when you have custody papers
      • Check NO on the registration questionnaire if you do not have court-issued custody papers
      • Checking YES in the registration process without this documentation will delay your contract approval
      • Community Education does not have access to any records you may have on file at your home school for any of your children
    • Submit documentation, labeled "Two's Preschool" (see above)

    Snacks and Lunch

Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided daily.  All half-day morning and full-day students are required to bring a nutritious sack lunch.  Please see our Parent Handbook for guidelines on balanced, nutrient-rich meals.  You will have an opportunity to provide information on allergies at the time of registration, and we request that you discuss this with your child's instructors.
