Hi, I am Ms. Hernandez! This is my 6th year of teaching at Park Meadows. I started at Park as an intern and then as a student teacher at our wonderful school. I am a Grand Canyon University graduate. Go Lopes! I am originally from SoCal but have lived most of my life in Phoenix, Arizona. A fun fact about me is that I went to DVUSD schools. I am what Dr. Finch, our Superintendent, calls a "comeback kid." 

My favorite things are astronomy, reading, music, ceramics, the color yellow, building models, Sanrio, and Star Wars. If it has anything to do with space, technology, and science-- natural or not-- I am a fan. I love almost anything SciFi. I enjoy the works of authors such as Neil Gaiman and Lois Lowry. I find inspiration in Stephen Hawking.
