Today is the perfect day to be happy! Sometimes we get so caught up in things that are out of our control that we forget the things we can control. You have the power to be happy today. This week we will be working on a happiness log. Each day I would like you to write down at least one thing that makes you happy (you may want choose to do more). By the end of the week you will have an entire list of things that bring you joy. Keep the list handy so when you are feeling down, you can choose an activity that makes you happy.
