COVID-19 Symptom Screening
Please check in with your child(ren) each morning for signs of illness. If your child has a temperature of 100.0 degrees or higher, he/she should NOT go to school.
Watch for the following symptoms of COVID-19. If your child exhibits any of the symptoms listed below, please keep your child home, and notify the attendance line with the specific symptoms your child is experiencing.
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breahting
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea Vomiting
- Diarrhea
Please note that any student with a known and documented diagnosis of allergies, migraine headaches, or asthma may be sent home for 24-48 hours if they experience any symptoms of COVID-19. The student may return to school when symptoms have improved and student has been fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medications. A physician should assess any student with unresolved or worsening symptoms.
Please report all positive Covid-19 cases to the school nurse
