Social Emotional Learning
We know that things are difficult due to the COVID-19. Many feel isolated. There are also feelings of uncertainty. We want you to focus each month on positivity and making a difference in your life and in the lives of those around you. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it. So much of life is about your perspective. These calendars give you ideas of how you can make a difference. Acts of kindness produce endorphins that help calm you down and make you feel happy. It's good for your health, and it helps others too! We challenge you to intentionally do something kind or positive every day of this month. Your MRHS counselors would love to hear from you about what you are doing to make a difference.
