Parents & Students,

I am very excited to be here at Deer Valley High School. I was born and raised here in the Phoenix area and graduated from Cortez High School. After attending GCC for two years, I decided to join the U.S. Navy. I enjoyed 10 years of active duty before it was time to get back into teaching. I've been teaching since 2014 in California, Washington, and Arizona.

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, camping, hiking, and working in my yard. I have two children, one daughter and one son. My family is very important to me.
