I am excited to be at Gavilan Peak as a Second Grade Teacher.   I have been teaching for 21 years in grades K-2.  I taught Second Grade and Kindergarten for 8 years before staying home with my children.  I have been in Deer Valley School District for the past 13 years teaching Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade and Reading Specialist.  I am married with identical twin daughters, 2 dogs, and 2 horses.  My daughters, Kayla and Kendyl are starting college this year.  I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, and reading.
