Hello first graders and their families!  I'm so excited to be your first grade teacher this year!

This is my seventh year teaching first grade.  I taught for three years in the Littleton Elementary school district, and then took a 12 year absence to spend time with my children.  All three of my children are part of the Deer Valley School district!  My oldest is a sophomore at O' Connor high school. My other daugther is at Hillcrest this year for her eighth grade year and my son is in sxith grade here at Desert Sage.  

I am very geeky (you'll see a lot of Doctor Who things in my classroom), but I also love hiking, biking, sailing on our sailboat, swimming, puzzles, and board games.  I look forward to an amazing year!
