Hi there! My name is Christie Rocchio and I couldn't be more excited to be your child's second grade teacher this year! This will be my third year teaching, but my first year here at Legend Springs. Go Leopards! I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I attended 3rd-12th grade in the Deer Valley District and am excited to be returning as a teacher! This year is going to be filled with lots of learning, fun, and new adventures! It is going to be an AMAZING year! 

A little bit more about me...I was born in New York and moved to Arizona when I was eight years old. Some of my favorite things to do in my spare time are baking, reading, watching sports and movies, and spending time with my family and friends.
