The DVUSD Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council is comprised of students from grades eight through twelve, representing all DVUSD high schools, middle schools, and several K-8 schools.

Each year the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council has a goal of creating a service-learning project that involves DVUSD schools and makes a difference in the local community. In previous years, the council organized a Student Summit around a local project designed to have a positive impact and enhance the quality of life in the community, affecting all 35,000 students in the district.
