    Tips for Success

Arrive with a good attitude.  Be prepared to work and learn a lot without the distraction of your cellphone.

Thinking=Learning... My classroom is a thinking classroom where all students are thinking. As a result, my students are learning math! :)

Arrive with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ensure that your device is fully charged. Be prepared to work on assignments without the distraction of your cellphone and participate!
Phones are to be turned off and put away in your backpack and your backpack put at the back of the room.
You may bring a drink in a closed container. No food is allowed in the classroom except a small snack to be eaten during break.
Please do not bring large bags of chips/candy/snacks to pass around to classmates, full meals, or have food delivered, as you will not be allowed to eat those in the classroom. We have to be careful to keep the room clean of chips/crumbs/trash on the floor since there is a smaller maintenance staff during the summer to clean the rooms.
