  • Hello Aspire Community, 

    I am so excited to be part of this special learning community of innovative online learners as the Principal of Aspire K-6.  The staff, students, parents, and greater Aspire community have shown their passion and commitment to supporting students. I am proud to join this team.

    This will be my 25th year in education and I am as passionate about what I do now as the day I began! I spent many years as a classroom teacher. I moved into administration and became a Principal in Mesa before joining the Deer Valley Unified School District Family. 

    My family and Michigan State University are the loves near and dear to my heart beyond education.  Jeff and I have twin boys who are grown, leaving us empty-nesters; except for our dog, Jazzy.  My hobby is all things Michigan State University; especially sports! 

    As a staff, we will work to ensure that your child is able to achieve at the highest level.  We will creating caring communities in our classrooms.  We understand the importance of the social emotional well-being of our students and will work to support our students.  I look forward to collaborating to help support your student reach his or her full potential this school year.
