• Homework

    Each night your child should have approximately 30 minutes of homework. Monday-Thursday they will have math homework, as well as their nightly 20 minutes of reading and reading log entry. You can always verify homework by looking at the Peek at our Week link.

     

    If your child forgets their reading log ...

    -Have your child read their chapter book for 20 minutes and then write a 2-3 sentence summary about what they read on a piece of paper.

     

    If your child forgets their math homework...

    -Go to https://www.engageny.org/resource/grade-2-mathematics and find the module/lesson that we are working on. You can either print it off or have your child write their answers on a separate sheet of paper. You will know which lesson we are on by looking at the Peek at our Week.
