Math homework will be given to students on Monday (or first day of the week) and returned and completed on Friday. This is used to not only practice current skills but also used as a spiral review so we can continue practicing skills throughout the year. I do expect students to show their work on all problems, with the exception of just a few sometimes that do not need to be worked out. They can either show their work on the back of the homework sheet or a separate sheet of paper. We work on keeping our work neatly spaced out and easy to read. Below, I have an example of what it should look like. They will also have the beginning of class to ask questions and get help if needed.
