If you need to make a change to your summer camp schedule, you can do so after your contract is approved by signing into your Eleyo account at deervalley.ce.eleyo.com.  At that time, changes can be submitted for each session up until the deadline shown in the Payment Dates section of this webpage.  Full details can be found in the Parent Handbook also available on this page.  

After the deadline for online changes, you must contact your Account Representative in writing to make a change.  Once a session is invoiced, a change fee will apply.  Other restrictions may also apply; please consult your Parent Handbook.  

If you are eligible to receive financial assistance from the AZ Department of Economic Security (DES), you will be responsible for the following, in addition to the family registration fee and per-child deposit:

• Your daily co-pay as determined by DES
• Any difference between the daily rate that is subsidized by DES and our daily rate
• Choose only the days your child will attend camp
• Submit the required documentation

Additional Forms

Medication Consent Form must be completed and submitted to camp with any medications your child may need to take while at camp.

2023 Important Summer Camp Dates

Registration Fee

• $40 per family when you enroll by 3/31/23*
• $60 per family beginning 4/1/23

*All required information/documentation must be received within 72 hours of request or the reduced fee will be forfeited.

 Camp Fees

• $40 per day for grades K-8; 3-day per week minimum
  • $120 per week for 1-3 days
  • $160 per week for 4 days
  • $200 per week for 5 days
• $50 per day for Preschool; 3-day per week minimum
  • $150 per week for 1-3 days
  • $200 per week for 4 days
  • $250 per week for 5 days

The Registration Fee PLUS a $100 per student deposit will be charged upon contract approval.
