Building Blocks

Registration for the Preschool and Prekindergarten general education program is done online. Before a registration contract is approved, you need to have certain documentation on file with Community Education. We advise you to submit these records in advance.

Registration Requirements 

Necessary Documentation:

  • Immunization Records: Ensure your child's immunizations are up-to-date.
  • Birth Certificate: A copy is required for registration.

Program Locations:

  • Preschool: Arrowhead Elementary, Bellair, Boulder Creek High School, Greenbrier Elementary, Mountain Ridge High School, Paseo Hills School, Sandra Day O'Connor High School, and Sunset Ridge School.  
  • Prekindergarten: Arrowhead Elementary, Bellair, Boulder Creek High School, Copper Creek School, Diamond Canyon School, Greenbrier Elementary, Legend Springs Elementary, Mountain Ridge High School, Norterra Canyon School, Paseo Hills School, Sandra Day O'Connor High School, and Sunset Ridge School.

Age and Readiness Requirements

Early Learning Center (Toilet Training NOT Required):

  • 2-Year Old Program: Must be 2 by July 31, 2024.
  • 3-Year Old Program: Must be 3 by August 31, 2024.

Preschool (Toilet Training IS Required):

  • 3-Year Old Program: Ages 3-5.

Prekindergarten (Toilet Training IS Required):

  • 4-Year Old Program: Ages 4-5. Must be 4 by August 31, 2024.

Tuition and Fees

Important Note: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is charged at the time of contract approval.

General Education Preschool and Prekindergarten Tuition Rates:

  • Half Days: $432 per month (first month non-refundable).
  • Full Days: $720 per month (first month non-refundable).

Early Learning Center (Community Education Building):

  • Two-year-olds: $280 per month (first month non-refundable).
  • Three-year-olds: $305 per month (first month non-refundable).
Extended Options:
  • Morning, Mid-Day, or Afternoon Sessions: $168 per month.
Gifted Prekindergarten Academy at Las Brisas:
  • Full Day: $792 per month.

Registration Process

Registration for the 2024-25 school year is open

Registration Opens: February 8, 2024.

Registration Steps:

  1. Log into Eleyo: If you're a current Eleyo user, add your incoming preschooler(s). If you're new, create a Family Profile.
  2. Create a Preschool Contract: Submit the contract through the Eleyo website.
  3. Submit Required Documents: Email preschool documents (immunization records, birth certificate, custody papers if applicable) to Community Education. Use the subject line: "Child LAST name, Preschool Docs."
  4. Pay Fees: The registration fee and first month's tuition are due upon contract approval and are non-refundable.

Funding and Enrollment:

  • Tuition-Based: All Community Education programs are funded solely through tuition fees.
