Camp information:
- Camp Dates: March 16 - 20
- $40 per day for K-8th Camp
- 10% discount given on additional children
- Advanced registration/enrollment and payment is required
- Morning and afternoon snacks provided

To register:

- Create a family profile if you don't already have one
- Register for the school break camp you wish for your kids to attend.
- Read and sign the Agreement as part of the registration process
- This Agreement contains important information that you may want to print.
- Submit current immunization records to:
- DVUSD Community Education,
- 7071 W. Hillcrest Boulevard, Glendale, AZ 85310
- Registration contracts will not be approved without immunizations
- You do not need to submit if current records are already on file with the Community Education Office.
- DVUSD Community Education,
- The full fee will be charged to your debit/credit card at the time your contract is approved.
- A $25 per family registration fee will apply to any students not enrolled in a Community Education program.
- Please plan carefully as no credits or refunds will be issued once your contract is approved.
- Changes are subject to additional fees.
- No changes will be made after the registration deadline.
