'Sun'sational Summer Camp

• Open to students entering grades K-8, and ages 5-14; a student must have reached their 5th birthday before camp 
  
• 10% Multi-child discount on additional children
• 3 Day per week minimum for any weeks reserved
• An annual family registration fee is required
• 4 convenient payments on an automatic payment plan
• Daily snack provided
• Daily packed lunches required and must be self-cooled 
• Registration deadline is April 30th for guaranteed attendance the first week of camp
• Space is limited; please choose your site carefully
• Transfers are subject to additional fees and availability

Parents of students enrolled in our 2025 'Sun'sational Summer Camp are encouraged to attend our Parent Open House Night.  Attending allows parents/guardians to fill out required paperwork, pick up student tshirt & bag, and ask questions

Time - 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Any parents/guardians not able to attend the parent night should plan additional time on the first day of their students attendance at camp.

All schedules are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.  Please note that the activity calendars only highlight some of the daily activities and do not list every activity.  Final Calendars will be available at the Parent Meeting on May 1 at the District Office.

We have so many things planned for them.  As we gear up for camp, we wanted to share information with you regarding our field trips.  To ensure we have enough bus drivers and buses for the field trips, we have deadlines for parents to make schedule changes on field trips days.  For each two-week invoice period, we will be closing any changes for the days we have planned field trips.  By doing this we will have a student count for vendors and for transportation.  After invoice submission, we will not be able to accommodate any scheduled changes for field trip days during the two-week period. If you need to make a change to your summer camp schedule, you can do so after your contract is approved by signing into your Eleyo account at https://dvusd.arux.app/.  At that time, changes can be submitted for each session up until the deadline shown in the Payment Dates section of this webpage.  Full details can be found in the Parent Handbook also available on this page.  

After the deadline for online changes, you must contact your Account Representative in writing to make a change.  Once a session is invoiced, a change fee will apply.  Other restrictions may also apply; please consult your Parent Handbook.  

If you are eligible to receive financial assistance from the AZ Department of Economic Security (DES), you will be responsible for the following, in addition to the family registration fee and per-child deposit:

• Your daily co-pay as determined by DES
• Any difference between the daily rate that is subsidized by DES and our daily rate
• Choose only the days your child will attend camp
• Submit the required documentation

• Open to students age 3-5
• Students age 5 and entering kindergarten may register for either the Preschool camp or one of the K-8 camps
• All students must be fully potty trained 
• 2 Locations:
  • Norterra  Canyon
  • Mountain Ridge High School
• Weekdays 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Registration Fee

• $45 per family when you enroll by 3/31/25
• $65 per family beginning 4/1/25

*All required information/documentation must be received within 72 hours of request or the reduced fee will be forfeited.

 Camp Fees

• $40 per day for grades K-8; 3-day per week minimum
  • $120 per week for 1-3 days
  • $160 per week for 4 days
  • $200 per week for 5 days
• $50 per day for Preschool; 3-day per week minimum
  • $150 per week for 1-3 days
  • $200 per week for 4 days
  • $250 per week for 5 days

The Registration Fee PLUS a $100 per student deposit will be charged upon contract approval.
