K-8 Sunsational Summer Camp:

• Open to students entering grades K-8, and ages 5-14; a student must have reached their 5th birthday before camp 
• 10% Multi-child discount on additional children
• 3 Day per week minimum for any weeks reserved
• An annual family registration fee is required
• 4 convenient payments on an automatic payment plan
• Daily snacks provided at all camps
• Lunch provided at Park Meadows and Greenbrier due to CEP qualification.  Daily packed lunches required at Canyon Springs & West Wing Camps. 
• Registration deadline is April 30th for guaranteed attendance the first week of camp
• Space is limited; please choose your site carefully
• Transfers are subject to additional fees and availability

All schedules are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.  Please note that the activity calendars only highlight some of the daily activities and do not list every activity.  Please note that students must be signed into camp PRIOR TO the time on the calendar.  Gates will be closed at the published time on the calendar to begin field trip accountability and safety processes.

Activity Calendars times include the time the gates close until estimated arrival back on campus.  It is important for student safety that our staff are able to ensure rosters, supplies and forms are prepared prior to leaving for field trips.  When gates are closed parents are unable to enter and drop off students.  Please plan ahead to drop your child off prior to the time on the calendar.

FYI - with the implementation of Arux and digital signatures on most forms, we will not host a Parent Night this year.  Our website will be a hub of important documents and information.  Always check with your specific camp location for site-specific updates.

Medication permission  (if applicable) - please fill out the medication form and provide medication to the Camp Lead.  It is important that medication is in its original container.

The first week of camp will include any additional signatures, medication forms/intake, as well as distributing camp shirt & bag. 

Registration Fee

• $55 per family

*All required information/documentation must be received within 72 hours of request or the reduced fee will be forfeited.

 Camp Fees

• $45 per day for grades K-8; 3-day per week minimum
  • $135 per week for 1-3 days
  • $180 per week for 4 days
  • $225 per week for 5 days
• $50 per day for Preschool; 3-day per week minimum
  • $150 per week for 1-3 days
  • $200 per week for 4 days
  • $250 per week for 5 days

The Registration Fee PLUS a $100 per student deposit will be charged upon contract approval.

If you need to make a change to your summer camp schedule, you can do so after your contract is approved by signing into your Arux account at https://dvusd.arux.app/.  At that time, changes can be submitted for each session up until the deadline shown in the Payment Dates section of this webpage.  Full details can be found in the Parent Handbook also available on this page.  

Field Trip Days -  To ensure we have enough bus drivers and buses for the field trips, we have deadlines for parents to make schedule changes on field trips days.  For each two-week invoice period, we will be closing any changes for the days we have planned field trips.  By doing this we will have a student count for vendors and for transportation.  After invoice submission, we will not be able to accommodate any scheduled changes for field trip days during the two-week period. Thank you for your support and understanding.

After the deadline for online changes, you must contact your Account Representative in writing to make a change.  Once a session is invoiced, a change fee will apply.  Other restrictions may also apply; please consult your Parent Handbook. 

If you are eligible to receive financial assistance from the AZ Department of Economic Security (DES), you will be responsible for the following, in addition to the family registration fee and per-child deposit:

• Your daily co-pay as determined by DES
• Any difference between the daily rate that is subsidized by DES and our daily rate
• Choose only the days your child will attend camp
• Submit the required documentation
• If your child misses more than 5 scheduled days, parent is responsible for paying the contract difference.  DES does not pay for absences over 5 days.
