Welcome to Four-year-old Preschool at Village Meadows School!

My name is Diane Harsch and I am very excited to be your child’s teacher this year!

We have many fun and engaging activities planned to give your child a wonderful learning experience.

Our school day will consist of Circle time, large motor activities, recognizing letters and their sounds, writing, science, math and planned play time. Our class will be learning through play and improve on our socialization skills and preparing your child for Kindergarten.

We will be serving your child a snack so please advise me of any doctor indicated food allergies or food that can’t be consumed due to religious practices.

Please bring a child sized backpack labeled with their name and a labeled ziplock bag with a set of extra clothes in case of an emergency. (Shirt, underwear, shorts and socks)

Your child will also need to bring a labeled Water bottle everyday! Please water only - No juice or gatorade please.

This is my fifth year at Village Meadows in the Preschool program.  I have taught Kindergarten at Gavilan Peak School for 5 years. I have taught preschool in Chicago for 12 years prior to having my family.  I have been married for 28 years and have a 25-year old son who proudly is a Phoenix Police officer, and an 21-year old daughter who is  employed at Dick's sporting goods. I enjoy spending time with my family hiking with my dog Oakley, spending time at Lake Pleasant and Lake Powell. I also love going to Arizona Coyotes hockey games!

Please check our website for newsletters and up to date information!

We have class Monday – Thursday:

Our afternoon class hours are 1:15-3:30

We also have a full day option (child brings their own lunch) and an early arrival option at 8:00 am.

Please contact me via email for tution rates. :)

I can’t wait to start our adventure in learning together!
