    Virtual Class Meetings:  These are the times we meet as a class on Zoom. The links to our Zoom meetings were sent out in a previous email.  Please email and let me know if you need them again. 


    Grading Expectations during Home Learning: As new learning begins on April 20th, grading expectations are as follows:

    • One assignment per subject area per week will be collected.
    • Assignments to be collected are highlighted on the weekly Learning Plan.
    • All other assignments will be shared during Zoom class meetings.
    • Zoom class meetings are an expectation as we will use this time to reinforce skills, check for understanding, build community, and guide us in future planning.

    CAPIT at home:

    We are happy to let you know that your child can now continue learning to read at home with CAPIT. Please look for an email from info@capitlearning.com with instructions on activating your account.

    Please consider providing your child with the opportunity to spend 15  minutes a day working on CAPIT. To learn more about CAPIT and how you can support your child’s learning at home, click here: https://capitlearning.com/capit-at-home-parent-guide.

    DreamBox at home:

    Here are the instructions on how to use DreamBox Math from home.  The code I gave you in my previous email was actually the school code (f3aq/vvp9).  The class code is 10501.  Below are directions for using a laptop and iPad.  Please bare with me as I also learn how to do these things from home as well. :)

    To Access DreamBox on a Browser:
    Your student can access DreamBox Learning from any computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a high-speed Internet connection. If you?re using a browser, use this link: https://play.dreambox.com/login/f3aq/vvp9 If your student uses a picture password, you will also need to enter this Classroom Code: 10501

    To Access DreamBox on an iPad:
    To download the DreamBox Learning Math app, go to https://www.dreambox.com/ipad, or search for "DreamBox Learning Math" in the App Store. If you already have the app installed, you?ll want to make sure the latest version of the app has been installed so your student receives the most current experience and lessons. When prompted in the app, enter this school code: f3aq/vvp9 If your student uses a picture password, you will also need to enter this Classroom Code: 10501 Create your DreamBox Account to review your student's academic progress at home in your Family Dashboard. Please follow these steps to create your free account: 1. You will need your child?s DreamBox school login information from their teacher to login for the first time. 2. Have your student login to their profile just as they would at school. 3. Click Setup Parent Access at the bottom of the page. 4. Follow the instructions provided to create a new login and password. 5. Read Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 6. Click "Submit". Log into your home account after setup: 1. Go to https://play.dreambox.com 2. Enter your email address and password. 3. To see student progress, click the "Family Dashboard" button.
