Mrs. Pamela Lonon
Dear Students and Families,
As I am sure you are aware, DVUSD has transitioned to Home Learning for the remainder of the school year. This is a new format for all, and as your reading intervention teacher, I have been busy learning lots of new ways to help you stay connected from home.
I miss every single one of you, and would much rather see you in person. We will get through this together. In an effort to keep you learning, I have attached free reading websites for you to use. Please click on the helpful links tab for these resources. Read 180/System 44 5th grade students, please click on the helpful links tab for directions to access your software so that you may continue to use it for 15 min. daily.
Zoom Office Hours starting April 6th: (Exception: April 8th 8:00-8:30 a.m.)
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for a link and password to use for my zoom office hours.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe and healthy. Take care.
I have been working at Village Meadows as a Reading Specialist for 3 years. I have been teaching for 18 years in grades K-2. I taught Second Grade and Kindergarten for 8 years before staying home with my children. I have been in Deer Valley School District for the past 12 years teaching Kindergarten, First Grade and Reading Specialist. I am married with identical twin daughters, two dogs, and 3 horses. My daughters, Kayla and Kendyl are juniors in high school this year. I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, and reading.
