Hello Band Members and Parents.

                                                                                       WELCOME TO THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR

All learning will take place in person. Students can still wear masks and use BELL COVERS for their instruments if they want to. I will still be using CANVAS this year to post assignments, upload music files, tutorial videos for beginning band students and other helpful resources. 

Band Grade 5-8

Students will have the option of performing their playing assessment in person in class or recording them at home and uploading to their CANVAS page. ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE ONE WEEK FROM WHEN THEY POST TO CANVAS. If a student does not turn in their assignment by the due date they will have to play it in class on the day it is due. Students are allowed mulitple attemps to show mastery of the skill but they first have to complete the assignment by the due date.

Concert Dates will be coming very soon and will be posted on the website and canvas. I will also be sending home an group email to all parents and students.
