     Hi everyone!  Check out the "Assignments" page for links to activities you can do at home to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle.  Most activities are going to be fitness based as you will probably be working by yourself or in a very small group.  Remember the recommendation is that all kids are active and exercise at least 60 minutes a day.  This does not need to be 60 minutes in a row.  Feel free to break exercsises up into shorter time periods if you would like.
