- Cross country is a great way to build muscle endurance / strength
- This sport is great conditioning for other sports like football, soccer, etc.
- Anyone can do it !
- It's not only an individual sport, but also a team sport
- Builds mental toughness
ALL ATHLETIC FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ONLINE before students can PARTICIPATE. If students come to practice without forms, they will sit out. This is due to the students' safety and liability.
