Transitioning from elementary school to high school is a big event in a student's life.  Information to help parents and students navigate this transition is provided on this page.
Beginning in the 2021-2022 school year, all students will be required to take at least four courses during both semesters of their senior year. The courses can be taken on a DVUSD campus, with Deer Valley Online Learning, with other DVUSD flex learning options, or at a WestMEC program facility.  This updated policy represents the district's commitment to prepare students for college and career and to provide a more comprehensive educational experience during our students' senior year.
