     Tifney Kereny

Tifney Kereny, tifney.kereny@dvusd.org, Hello and welcome to my website, I am a CTE instructor that currently teaches Media Production, Marketing, InfoTech and I am also the Intership Coordinator at Sandra Day O Connor High School.

I graduated from ASU with a Global Finance degree and a minor in Marketing. When I finished school, I started an Ad Agency here in Phoenix and have loved being in marketing, web design and media production all these years. While running the agency I have had many interns and have had the pleasure of teaching them various aspects of the business. It was through this experience that I decided I would really enjoy teaching so I became a certified instructor for the CTE program here in the Deer Valley Unified School District. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping students learn and become our next generation of  business professionals.

     Tiffany Kurtz

Tiffany Kurtz, tiffany.kurtz@dvusd.org, This is my first year teaching for DVOLP, but I have been teaching in the district for 4 years at Sandra Day O'Connor High School and I am also adjunct faculty for Rio Salado online learning.

I am so excited to join the DVOLP community! This Accounting course, in particular, is very near and dear to my heart. As a senior at Barry Goldwater High School I took an Accounting class that inspired me to change my career path from "High School Teacher" to "Accountant." I got my Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University and worked in the commercial maintenance industry in accounting, payroll management, and systems development before finding my way home to DVUSD and the course that changed the course of my life!

I am blessed by this opportunity to teach students real world skills that will better prepare them for the world beyond high school, be that college, tech school, or directly into the work force.
