Welcome to 5th grade! My name is Mrs. Larson and I teach science and writing.  I am looking forward to another great year.

In 1999, I graduated from NAU with my bachelor's degree in elementary education.  I started my career in the Washington Elementary School District teaching second, third, and fourth grade. In 2005, I moved to the Deer Valley School District and taught fourth and fifth grade at West Wing. In 2018, I made the move to Sonoran Foothills and have been teaching 5th grade science since I arrived. Science is my passion, and I try to instill that passion in my students.
