A Note From the Principal..
Ohana… family… that’s the message I want everyone to feel.
This year, we are continuing this theme. You will hear and see us using the Hawaiian word for family ~ Ohana!
I am now entering my 7th year as principal of Bellair. The feeling of family is stronger than ever. I feel a great sense of family among the staff, students, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends… all of us! The success of our students depends on all of us working together, leaving no one behind.
One of the best ways to accomplish this is to keep the lines of communication open. I will continue my weekly voice message and email to help everyone plan for school events, special days, etc. This message comes as a phone call and an email every Sunday (during the school year) at 4:00 pm. If you find that you are not receiving the email or phone message, just contact our front office so your information can be updated in our system. The email message is very detailed and often contains links to documents. The phone message is a brief overview of what is happening during the week.
I want you to contact me. If you ever have a question, concern, frustration, or compliment, feel free to call or email me. (firstname.lastname@example.org or 602-467-5700)
Thank you for being part of the Bellair Ohana.Jackie Dettorre
