This course is an introduction to the United States and Arizona political systems.  This course will provide students with information that will help them to take an active role as a citizen in this country.  This course is aligned with Arizona College and Career Ready Standards and/or national content standards and supports school-wide efforts to increase student achievement.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Make sure you are in class promptly at 3p pm at the Barry Goldwater High School campus.  We dismiss promptly at 5:45 pm. Be sure to have your ride secured. This course is in-person only.

Arrive with a good attitude.  Ensure that your device is fully charged.  Be prepared to work on assignments without the distraction of your cellphone and participate!

This class is only 19 days and is a requirement for graduation.
