How does a student get a district device (Chromebook or Ipad)?
- Full-time students can check out a chromebook from Aspire.
- Part-time students will utilize the device given to them by their home campus.
Canvas went down and I have work that's due. What do I do?
- Canvas sits on Amazon servers so it will only go down if Amazon goes down.
- When there are technical problems at the district, teachers are notified immediately and due dates are adjusted accordingly. Students will not be penalized academically due to technical problems at the district.
- Students should not plan on turning in assignments last minute. If students have waited until the last minute to submit assignments, and they encounter computer problems, then the student may miss the assignment submission window.
Where do I get help from the district for tech issues?
- Always reach out to your teachers right away and notify them if you are having tech issues. Teachers and staff are the fastest way to resolve an issue and are very knowledgeable!
