DVUSD Juniors and Seniors -- Apply NOW to be a Part of a DVUSD West-MEC Career and Technical Education Program

Attention DVUSD juniors, seniors and parents with juniors and seniors apply to be a part of a DVUSD West-MEC Career and Technical Education program today! In partnership with West-MEC all DVUSD high schools offer students a variety of innovative career and technical education (CTE) programs that prepare students to enter the workforce and pursue continuing education. Students in these programs can earn college credits and career credentials receiving training for future career paths. Apply early to be sure you are not wait listed for your program of choice!

West-MEC provides high school students a faster way forward through career and technical education (CTE) courses. Students spend part of their day learning their core subjects at a public, charter, private, or home school, then take their career training program at a West-MEC or partner campus.

All West-MEC programs lead to industry certification, preparing students for the workforce and/or post-secondary education.
